Orders
Customers can place their orders via Spices Pack website (www.spicespack.com)
Customers can choose any available products with a minimum order of 15 Euros (€) and orders below 45 Euros (€) will be charged for the shipping cost. (See Shipping Cost Policy)
Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in Euros or in US Dollars including all taxes and precisely determined on the product description.
Shipping rates are the responsibility of the customer.
Spices Pack reserves the right to change its prices at any time in the future.
Stock Availability
Orders will be processed within the limits of our available stocks or subject to stocks available from our suppliers.
Payment
Online payment of the order is fully secured.
Customer can pay his order by credit card (Visa Card – Master Card) or bank transfer .
Your order will be processed by Tunisian post office within 1-2 working days from the day of the payment and you will receive an email confirmation along with the shipping details.
Shipping
The shipping of the orders will be via Tunisian post services and the customer has to pay for the shipping charges.
For orders below 45 Euros, shipping cost will be as per the below :
Standard Shipping (from 10 to 15 working days) 10 Euros
Express Shipping (from 3 to 7 working days) 30 Euros
All orders above 45 Euros (€) will have free standard shipping.
Additional costs are applicable for Express shipping (8€ / Kg).
We may update our shipping cost subject to Tunisian Post changes.
